At Akooda, we strive to offer the best experience possible, but we know platform issues can sometimes occur. We're here to help! If you're encountering any issues, please refer to the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Login Issues

Can't access your Akooda account? Try these steps:

  • Make sure you're logged in to your Google or Microsoft account. Akooda relies on these accounts for authentication. Ensure you're logged in to the correct account in your browser.

  • Check your internet connection. A stable internet connection is required for login.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies. Outdated information stored by your browser can interfere with logins. Be sure to follow the correct steps for your particular browser.

    Microsoft Edge

  • Contact your system administrator. They can help you with account issues and access permissions.

2. System Error

If you encounter an error message, please try the following:

  • Refresh your page.

  • Try a different browser. Akooda is compatible with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies. Use the instructions below to clear your cache and cookies:
    Google Chrome
    Microsoft Edge

  • Check your internet connection. Akooda requires a stable internet connection to get the information you need.

  • Restart your computer. Exit your browser and restart your computer. Try loading the site again.

If the error persists, please contact Akooda support at [email protected] for further assistance.

3. Slow Loading Time

Are results/answers taking an unusually long time to load? This could be due to a network error. Let's get you back on track. If you're experiencing long loading times, try the following:

  • Check your internet connection. Your internet connection could be unstable or experiencing connectivity issues.

If the issue persists, please contact Akooda support at [email protected] for further assistance.

4. No Relevant Results or Insufficient Information

This means we couldn't find sufficient relevant information to answer your query. If you're not finding the information you need, try the following:

  • Refine your search query. Use natural language and be as specific as possible, including synonyms or related terms. Make sure to follow these tips and tricks to optimize your query for best results.

  • Check your data access permissions. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to access the information you're searching for.

  • Ask your team. They may be able to help you find the information you need.

  • Connect more sources. The more data your team has connected to Akooda, the better your results will be. Reach out to your administrator to discuss what other integrations can benefit your team.

  • Contribute to content. If you can't find what you need, consider creating new content or suggesting improvements to your team's existing resources.

If you run into an ask that Akooda does not support, try reframing your query into a question.
