Check Your Connection: Make sure you're using the latest version of the Akooda Slack connector. You can verify and update this in your Apps settings in Slack. Our step-by-step guide is there to help you through the process.
Invite the Bot to Your Private Channels: While the bot automatically operates in all public channels, adding it to private channels allows these channels to be included in your Akooda analysis.
Remember: We respect your privacy – data from these private channels will only be visible to their members, even after the bot is added.
