This article provides instructions for connecting Airtable to your Akooda organization. This connection provides Akooda with access to all selected workspaces.
Before We Begin
Before connecting your organization’s Airtable account, check that:
You’re an Admin in Akooda.
You're either an Admin of your Airtable organization or your user has reading permissions for any workspace you want to connect to Akooda.
Important!
Airtable API provides permissions visibility by bases and workspaces. Therefore, tables within linked bases will be visible to all your Akooda users.
If you may wish to grant Akooda's integration with permissions only to specific bases -- carry-on with the integration using the opt-in option below.
In any case, following Akooda’s “Least-privilege Models” policy, Akooda's engine does not have any write permissions, and bases outside the granted scope will not be visible to Akooda users.
How to Connect
Option 1: Opt-In specific bases to Link with Akooda
NOTE: The integration account will be visible in the Admin console and to all organization’s contacts and will be used to select workspaces and bases.
